Track Automatic Confirmation Emails in System Log

This new feature that allows you to send off an automatic confirmation email is great! It doesn't get tracked in the log, though, which would be really helpful in determining if I forgot to do that step in my registration process.

I'm guess this is because you don't normally log automatic registration emails (and why would you?) but perhaps you could log it when it is send by a user.
