Display Calendar View by Default

We have a lot of less "techy" staff using CERVIS as event leaders and it would really help if the "Display Calendar View" in the Event Dashboard was on by default. It would also help us more "techy" staff because the first thing I do every time I go to Events is open the calendar view.

  It would actually be more helpful if this could be a setting in the system config.  Because we have a 'Volunteer day' event, all events are on a single day, so people find the calendar view with lots of empty dates to be confusing
