Follow Up Included Within Note Section

We would like to see the information written in the follow up section automatically added to the note portion of the volunteer's profile.  This would allow us to track the progression of the follow up before it is completed and also after it has been completed.  This allows us to know what communication was exchanged with the volunteer, during what time period etc.

For example,  volunteer Joe might express interest on 7/5; we would indicate on the follow up on 7/5 that we had sent him a message asking x,y, z; he might respond on 7/8 with an answer; we would follow up again with a specific offer based on his answer; he might then respond or not.  We would like to be able to track the communication  line.  The follow up section only allows for a specific number of characters to be written.
