Sometimes organizations have very popular volunteering events and many volunteers will sign up for every shift possible. This doesn't really make things fair and there's not much control over it within CERVIS.
I'm suggesting that a restriction option be put in place so that you can limit volunteers from registering (for example) MORE THAN 2 SHIFTS. I'm envisioning this as being Interest Category specific as this way you could have multiple events in a certain area but limit those two registrations across the whole category.

This is exactly what we need to do! Even with repeated instructions about limiting their sign-ups to 2 shifts, total, volunteers continue to overbook. This is difficult to track when you have hundreds of volunteers and it would be much easier if there were a field in the opportunity to set this limit.
