We have new volunteer profiles automatically assigned to one person. Often these follow-ups need to be reassigned to someone else but when you're dealing with tens of volunteers, this is not easily done. Right now you have to create a new follow up and complete the existing one, have to write a follow-up completion note in a case where a follow-up hasn't been completed. Just reassigned.
My suggestion is to add a button at the bottom of the follow up list that would allow you to reassign a follow up to another administrator.
