Require Verification of Terms of Service Button

Hello!

We will from time to time change our terms of service. Please add a "Require Verification of Terms of Service" button that will:

When users next log in, notify them that the Terms of Service have changed

Force users to check the box again to signify they've read the changes.

  This is kind of already in place, minus the notification part. If you click "Require Verification of Volunteer Information" from the dashboard, it will force all volunteers to recheck the Terms of Service box before they register for an event.
