Feature Request: Make Follow-up Button Permanent

Often, when accessing a volunteer profile from the follow-up list, there is no back button to go back to the follow-up list. Instead you have to go to the main menu and then navigate to the follow-up list from there. The flashing button at the top is quite handy but I miss it when I have no follow-ups assigned to my name.

I'm requesting that the grey button be permanent but have it flash when there is someone assigned to your name. This way there's always a quick link but also an indication as to whether or not you have a follow-up.
