List Days of the Week for Time Slots

A long list of time slots can be very difficult to read, especially when just the month and date is listed. Adding what day of the week each time slot is would make it easier to understand.

i.e. Friday, Oct 19, 2012

instead of

Oct 19, 2012

  I think this idea is very helpful if a field could be auto-populated. Or, perhaps the option up at the top to not only filter by date, but also filter by day of the week, as you have available on the opportunity registration option when registering volunteers for opportunities. See pics below for what the filtering currently is, and the registration for volunteers (bulk or individual) where you can filter by day of the week. I'd find this feature SO helpful!
