When a volunteer is emailed all of the follow-up information for a one-time volunteer event, I would like them to also have the option to export that information to any electronic calendars they may use (Google, Outlook, etc.). All too often, volunteers forget what they have committed to in the future and we get cancellations wherein the volunteer has double-booked themselves and cancel their volunteer commitment. Instead, there should be an easy way for them to export all of that info in to their calendar of choice. I like the reminder email capability that we can send to volunteers, but I also think adding it to their electronic calendar is necessary.
