Add 'magnifier' ability on follow up screen & other suggestions

It would be great if the magnifier icon was included on the follow up screen next to the volunteer's name to allow for right clicking to see the full profile of the volunteer and not just their name and contact information.

Additionally, it would be nice to be able to just delete 'follow up with new volunteer' instead of having to indicate an action or better yet, to be able to change the 'follow up with new volunteer' to the action taken (e.g., email sent to volunteer on 3/22 suggesting pantry opportunities).  This would allow for better tracking of what was sent to the volunteer and when they respond.
