We would really like the ability to have an additional Send Reminder E-mail to Organizer(s): option on opportunities. That way the organizers can receive a reminder with the current registration info multiple times, say one week and one day before the opportunity.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this feature request. We will certainly consider this as an option, but we also wanted to make sure that you are aware that the links sent out in the Organizer Reminder E-mail are dynamic and will allow the organizer to view up-to-date information each time they click on the links. As such, the organizer can click on the link one week before the opportunity and one day before the opportunity and will be able to view current registration information each time without the need for multiple emails.

Thanks for the consideration! Yes, I am aware that the links are always up to date. It just seems that my organizers just like the updated numbers that come in the email without them having to click the link in the email.

Hi Garrett,
In CERVIS version 11 that was just released (May 2023), we added a feature that includes the registration numbers for each opportunity in every registration notification message that is sent to the organizer when a volunteer registers (if configured for the opportunity). This is not exactly what you are requesting, but it does provide an easy way for organizers to keep an eye on registration numbers without having to login to the system.
