Hidden Awards

Would it be possible to have Hidden awards? Awards that are still active and trigger automatically like normal but they are only visible to the leadership team and admins. We want to be able to track when volunteers hit certain milestones easily and then be able to surprise them without having the award show up on their profile when they log in.
