Notes for volunteers to add to time slotted events

Family Promise Metrowest houses and feeds families in shelter 365 days a year.  When volunteers sign up to prepare/bring dinner it would be helpful to have a note that all dinner hosts can see so there is a variety of meals and this would help the event coordinator.
