It would be nice to be able to run a report for event participation for opportunities that have the same tag, instead of only being able to run reports for event name keywords.

  Hi Garrett,

  You can actually already do this in the system, you just have to do it in 2 different steps.  First, you will just need to go into your opportunity management dashboard and run a search for opportunities that match you desired tag.  Next, go to the "Custom Participation Report" under your Report Management Dashboard and select "Previous Opportunity Search" as the query parameter for the report.  This will tell the report to only include the opportunities that match the last opportunity search you ran.
