Integrated Background Check Functionality
We understand that running volunteer background checks is very important for the safety and security of the operations for many of our customers. We also understand that it can become cumbersome when you are managing paper forms and background check services, plus ensuring that they stay current. You have always been able to track the status of background checks that you have performed independently on your volunteers within CERVIS, but we now offer a fully integrated background check capability. We are very excited to announce that CERVIS has partnered with with Backgrounds Online to use their processing service while enabling you to manage the entire background check process from within your CERVIS console. Increased File Storage
Storing files within your CERVIS console can assist with the efficiency and accuracy of managing your volunteer data. There are many places that you can store documents within CERVIS for easy access such as attaching a volunteer document to their profile or storing your liability waiver in the file management section. Historically we have only been able to offer a limited amount of storage for your entire console, but we have now significantly increased that amount. You now have 10GB of storage available to you instead of the previous 200MB. This should be more than enough storage to keep all of the relevant information about your volunteers in your CERVIS system.
