I was writing an email to some of the volunteers in our database earlier and was not quite finished so I clicked the "save draft" button. Now I am not sure where to go back in and continue to write my email. Can you tell me where I would find it?
In order to recover your draft, select your recipients like you normally would (draft messages do not save recipients) and then click the "Send Email" button. If you have a saved draft in the system, the system will ask if you would like to recover or discard it. If the system does not display this prompt, then it means you have already previously sent or discarded the message.
NOTE: The "Save Draft" feature is intended to keep you from losing content if your session times out or if you accidentally navigate away from the email page when you are drafting a message. When using this feature, the system will only save one message draft in your account at a time. If another staff member discards or sends the draft it will remove it as well. The system will automatically save a draft every 30 seconds which will automatically overwrite any previously saved drafts.
