Enhanced System Usability

- Shortened URL Functionality  - CERVIS now offers shorter URLs for use in communication via social media.  Instead of using the full, complex URL, you can now use new shortened URLs on the http://cerv.is domain.  For further details and configuration parameters, please refer to this support knowledge base article: http://support.cervistech.com/entries/21846213

- Improved CAPTCHA Usability  - Although they are not usually popular with most users (and application administrators), CAPTCHAs play an important role in securing web sites.  With this update, we have implemented an updated CAPTCHA system which has been completely redesigned to make it faster and easier-than-ever for users to successfully complete forms in CERVIS.  For further details, please review this short video:  http://youtu.be/jwslDn3ImM0
