"Walk-in" Registration and Console Sign-in Improvements

Based on the excellent feedback we have received concerning the new "Walk-in" registration functionality added in v3.5.0, we have added the following enhancements:

Reservation Code Support - You can now enable the ability for volunteers to utilize a reservation code when completing a "Walk-in" Registration.  If you would like to take advantage of this new functionality, you just need to enable it in your system configuration under the "Allow Walk-in Registration via Sign-in Console" setting.

Expanded "Walk-in" Availability - The ability to complete a "Walk-in" registration is now available to all volunteers.  Even those that have been pre-registered for an event or those that are registered in an on-going service project.
