Automatic "Thank You" emails

Showing appreciation for the time and effort donated by your volunteers is critical to maintaining a successful volunteer program.  Whether you want to send out a simple "thank you" email, invite them to serve again and make a donation, or send a satisfaction survey to volunteers after they have participated in a service activity with your organization, now the process just got easier with automatic "Thank You" email functionality.  To enable automatic "Thank you" messages in CERVIS, just follow the two steps below, and CERVIS takes care of the rest:

Step 1:  Update your system configuration with the "Event Participation Thank You E-mail Message" and "Event Participation Thank You E-mail Message Subject" of your choice.

Step 2:  Enable the "Send Automatic Thank You E-mail" setting for each event that you want to send emails for

Enhanced volunteer self-registration search options 

Cleaner Layout - The search functionality on volunteer self-registration pages has been completely redesigned to make it easier to find and simpler to use.

Consistent Implementation - Self-registration search options have been standardized to provide the same great search capability to volunteers throughout the entire registration workflow, both while browsing open opportunities and while logged in to the system.

Improved Location Search - The static location map image displayed for location-based searches has been replaced with a fully interactive map interface. Scroll around to view events, zoom in to a specific area and easily view event information directly from the map.

Reservation Code Usage - Volunteers are now able to filter events by reservation code after logging in to the system, instead of just at the initial event listing page prior to login.

Photo Name Tags

If you've ever needed photo ID badges for certain types of volunteer events, but thought is was just too difficult...think again!  Now you can print photo name tags directly from CERVIS for any event or for any volunteer.

Change to "Contact Us" Functionality

Volunteers are now able to use the special event registration code to self-register for events listed with "Contact Us".  This functionality allows you to advertise special events that aren't open to the general public, but at the same time allow volunteers to self-register after contacting you for registration approval.
