CERVIS v2.7.4 - May 10, 2013
New Features:
Please note, not all new features are available to Basic and Standard Edition customers.
Reassign Volunteer Follow-up
Easily transfer follow-up assignment from one user to another with the new volunteer follow-up reassignment feature.
Group Management Actions
Quickly register a group for an event or manage group information with newly added group action icons. You now have the same easy-access options available when managing your groups. Just navigate to the group management screen and enjoy one click access to common group actions.
File Attachment Indicator
Effortlessly pinpoint volunteers and groups with attached files by the addition of the file attachment indicator icon. This new feature displays a paperclip icon next to each volunteer or group with a file attachment and allows for easy identification and viewing/editing of attachments.
Hide Organization Contact Phone Number
Want to only display a contact email address on your "Contact Us" page and not a phone number? Now you can! Just update the "Primary Organization Contact Phone" in the system configuration to 000-000-0000 and it will no longer be displayed when a volunteer visits the "Contact Us" page for your organization.
Custom Application Message
Do you need to provide specific on-screen instructions to volunteers after they submit a volunteer application? Just navigate to your system configuration and update the "Volunteer Application Submission Message" with any desired message you wish to convey after a volunteer has created a profile in the volunteer application mode.
Hide Restricted Events
You have always had the capability to restrict event registration to certain groups or volunteers with specific attributes, but this feature adds a new layer of functionality. When visibility is restricted, volunteers will not even be able to see that an event exists until after they login and the system validates that they meet the specified requirements. You can enable this option when creating and updating events and service projects.
